Everyone should have the possibility to travel by bus.
Whether you use a wheelchair or travel with a guide dog, we adapt to your needs.

Can I travel in a wheelchair?
Passengers using a wheelchair can of course travel on our coaches.

Can I store my wheelchair in the luggage hold?
If you can board and disembark independently or with the help of an accompanying person, and your wheelchair is foldable, it can be placed in the luggage hold.

Can I travel with my wheelchair on board the coach?
When booking your ticket, you must indicate that you are a passenger with reduced mobility.
If this information is not provided, we will not be able to adapt the coach to welcome you safely and comfortably.
Please send an email to accueil@faurevercors.fr at least 72 hours before departure.

Are guide dogs allowed?
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted on board our coaches.
To ensure a safe and comfortable journey with your assistance animal, the trip is offered free of charge and a dedicated seat is provided.

Please remember to bring proof that your dog has completed accredited training. Without this proof, boarding may be refused.
