• Issuing travel tickets
• Handling after-sales service (ticket changes, ticket delivery, claims, etc.)
• Sending information and promotions about the shuttle service for newsletter subscribers
• Allowing you to rate the quality of our services
• Analysing applications submitted for job opportunities within Faure Transport and its subsidiaries (based on your consent)

Only employees of Faure Transport have access to the collected personal data.
Faure Vercors operates shuttle services from Grenoble Bus Station to Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport.
The data enables us to provide an efficient and timely response to your requests.
